COVID-19 Updates

The health and safety of our school community is very important to us. Academy of Warren is monitoring this ever changing and challenging situation very carefully. Communication to our school community is one of the measures we are taking to ensure your health and safety during this coronavirus outbreak.

We have been notified that several students have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. They are currently under quarantine and following the guidance of medical professionals.

The families of the students that would be considered close contacts have been notified. 

To ensure the safety of our staff, students and parents, the school has thoroughly disinfected the school using guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC").

Symptoms of COVID-19 may include: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If you are displaying any of these symptoms, please contact your physician.
